How to request a refund

3. Use the order’s support or refund option to contact us within 30 days of purchase. Include your order details and say that you would like a refund under this guarantee.

Gene Alon provides this guarantee. Refunds are processed through Whop; they are not an automatic credit triggered by visiting this page. Once processed, the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
